Watching the world go by. 5 Months, 4 Weeks ago
I have just spent a very pleasant hour stood in the spring sunshine leaning on a five bar gate chatting with my neighbour. Very relaxing.

No sun here today either but couple of nice showers last night took away 70% of the snow so we spent an hour wandering around looking at the emerging gardens ...... and carefully avoiding other things left by the receding snow!

Looking forward to the first hike around our bush trails next sunny day as forecast for Tues / wed.

Sorry guys but winter "idleness" is getting to me, just cant wait to start gardening, clearing trails, even mowing the lawn would be welcome at this point!

But then doing things you enjoy is not "work" is it?

People who sit and watch the world go by are one of the best types of crime prevention. I bet one of the reasons why there's so much crime is that there's nobody about to witness it.
